HVAC Service in New Providence, New Jersey

As the leading HVAC service and repair company in the New Providence area, Precision HVAC takes care of the problems that can occur with heating and cooling systems throughout the seasons. Since most people run their systems all year long, breakdowns can happen at any time. If your AC system doesn't come on when it's hot outside or your furnace fails to start on an icy winter evening, it might only be a thermostat issue. On the other hand, it could be something more serious that our knowledgeable technicians can resolve quickly and effectively.

Installation and Sales

Because your HVAC system essentially controls your home's indoor climate, it is responsible for keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer in addition to regulating humidity levels. Since most people spend a great deal of time inside their homes, it is crucial to keep these systems running efficiently. Whether you are building a new home or office building or you want to renovate an existing structure, a properly functioning HVAC system will have a serious impact on how comfortable you are in your home or your office, and how much you wind up spending on utility bills.

Precision HVAC services businesses and homes looking to purchase and install new heating, ventilation and cooling systems and those looking to upgrade or replace existing systems. Our goal is to match our clients with the products and service they need at the most competitive prices. Our expert service team is well-equipped for installations, repairs and inspections of existing systems.

Different types of HVAC Systems

In order to help you figure out which system is right for your home and energy needs, we have included a few examples of the various systems we work with on a daily basis.

Split Systems: With this system, the indoor and outdoor units are separate and have split functions. While the indoor unit has the blower to circulate air through the ducts and the furnace if your home has central heat, the outdoor unit contains the air conditioner. Both units are connected by refrigerant tubing. Their performance is similar to packaged systems with a bit more flexibility for installation.

Ductless Mini-Split Systems: These systems are similar to split systems with the main difference being that multiple air handling units are placed in separate rooms or zones throughout the house, so it's not necessary to have a central duct network. Precision HVAC installs Ductless systems from 1 to 3 zones.

Heat Pumps: With this system, the heat pump is outdoors, and an air handling unit is inside. During warmer months, a heat pump works as a regular air conditioner. It takes heat from inside the home and transfers it to the outdoor air. In colder weather, however, it does just the opposite—the unit collects heat from the outdoor air and transfers it to your home's interior. The air is circulated through the home via a central blower and ducts or using a ductless system.

Regardless of which system you choose, our qualified service team will be available to answer any questions both before and after installation.
